In today's fast-paced world, finding time for a full yoga practice can be challenging. That's why we've created this short and effective 6-minute yoga flow. This sequence is designed to help you relax, rejuvenate, and recharge, even on the busiest of days.


The Benefits of a Short Yoga Practice:

  • Improved Flexibility: Consistent practice can increase flexibility and range of motion.

The 6-Minute Yoga Sequence:

This simple yet powerful sequence includes the following poses:

  1. Vajrasana (Thunderbolt Pose): This grounding pose helps to improve digestion and calm the mind.

  2. Balasana (Child's Pose): A gentle restorative pose that stretches the spine and hips.

  3. Cat Pose: This dynamic pose helps to warm up the spine and improve flexibility.

  4. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog): This inversion helps to strengthen the arms, legs, and back.

  5. Urdhva Mukha Svanasana (Upward-Facing Dog): This backbend opens the chest and shoulders.

  6. Chaturanga Dandasana (Four-Limbed Staff Pose): This challenging pose strengthens the core and arms.


How to Practice:

  1. Find a Quiet Space: Choose a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.

  2. Set a Timer: Set a timer for 6 minutes to keep track of your practice.

  3. Warm-up: Begin with a few rounds of sun salutations to warm up your body.

  4. Practice the Sequence: Follow the sequence described above, synchronizing your breath with the movements. Inhale for 4 counts, pause for 2 counts, exhale for 4 counts, and pause for 2 counts.

  5. Cool Down: End your practice with a few minutes of relaxation in Corpse Pose (Savasana).


Remember to listen to your body and modify the practice as needed. If you experience any pain or discomfort, please stop and rest.
