About the program
The program approaches yoga as a holistic system that helps an individual manage their physical and mental health using ancient practices. Drawing on foundational texts such as the Yoga sutra and the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, the program provides core teachings in postures and breathwork.

The program will help you develop a nuanced understanding of your body's systems (musculo-skeletal system, Cardio-vascular system, respiratory system, and the central nervous system) and the interplay between them.
